And Now It's A Jack-O-Lantern

The making of the perfect pumpkin to the perfect Jack-O-Lantern is one of our favorite parts of Halloween. The girls love carving their own creations. They think and think of what they want to make their pumpkin become and love bringing it to life.
The fab 5
Dan's
Heidi's
Baylee's
Brinley's
Rylee's

This year Dan's was awesome. He used a panorex (full mouth x-ray) and put it in the pumpkin to make it look like a mouth. When it was all lit up, the teeth in the pano would show. Very cool!! Baylee made her own design. She even added star earrings. Brinley wanted a ghost face with eye lashes. Rylee had a traditional Jack-O-Lantern face (made with a little help from Dad) and mine was a big U for our favorite Utah Utes.

Rylee was starting to get bored about half way into carving. She decided she really liked the "guts" of the pumpkins. Before the night was over, Bay and Brin decided they liked them too. We had guts everywhere!! They had so much fun playing in it! All 3 of them were covered with orange. As soon as we were done, it was off to the tub for those 3.
